R.I.P.

This is a sad day for French actor Gerard Depardieu.
The star of My Father the Hero and several other French flicks has just lost his son.
Guillaume Depardieu, who was also an actor and starred in about 20 films, has died at the age of 37.
Guillaume passed away Monday in a hospital near Paris from a bout of acute pneumonia.
According to a rep, Guillaume contracted a virus that somehow developed into a "devastating case of pneumonia."
Guillaume was known as somewhat of a trouble maker, often getting into legal troubles over drugs, speeding, and even drunk-driving.
He even had his right leg amputated back in 2003 as a result of an unfortunate hospital infection that developed during operations to recover from a motorbike accident back in 1995.
And, although father and son had a rocky relationship, Guillaume had accused his dad of showing little interest in him as a child, the two had shown signs of improvement since back in 2002.
Sad.
Our thoughts go to Guillaume's family, friends, and fans.
